Another Smogon art!
This one was featured at Smogon's Facebook page a few weeks ago, as part of their Pokemon of the Week. It's really nice, having had my art featured. ^///^
Not much to say. Always planned to have the drawing be underwater, though it changed from Manaphy swimming, to Manaphy watching the sun from below. I guess?
Also, since the original image seemed a bit too...plain and barren, I decided to add some more details, like the bubbles and the silhouettes in the background (fun fact: the idea for those came from a smudge in the background.) as well as a Kingler, because...because Kingler! :cool:
